III. Data Management, Protection, and Transfer

A. Control and Supervision

Within the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, IFL appoints a Data Protection Officer (DPO) to oversee data protection strategies and implementation. Outside these regions, the DPO also acts as the data controller, ensuring global compliance with applicable regulations.

Given our international presence, we manage and safeguard data on a global scale. Inquiries related to data rights should be directed to the DPO at ops@inspexion.com.
